Studies have shown that the fitness aspect of golf is vital to the swing, completing a round and, mental toughness. Few realize that nearly a ton of force is being applied to the ball by a good player at impact. Knowing that fact, the player must be in good condition to play their best golf.
We provide students with a fitness assessment and a complete take home program customized for each player. The program is designed for each individual by Jim Cotta, Certified Titleist Performance Institute trainer, and personal trainer to many big name athletes from other professional sports. It will include strength excercises unique to the game of golf including core conditioning and hip stability. Each student will be physically prepared and at their strongest to compete and complete a round of golf.
